Each house was placed to hold the bay in view — the living rooms open toward the water, and mornings begin on the terrace with the sound of the sea a few metres below.
Stone walls, clean lines and low silhouettes let the houses sit inside the landscape rather than on top of it. Nothing interrupts the horizon.
Agia Paraskevi is the kind of beach people keep to themselves — emerald water, pale sand, wild flora down to the shoreline. From the houses, it is a walk of a few steps.
Karystos and its port are fifteen minutes by car. Everything else — the water, the rocks, the wind — is already here.
